  • 1 x 60 min ‘get to know you’ session where I’ll find out more information from your completed 3-day food diary and questionnaire and go away to create the perfect plan for you 

  • 1 x 60 min session to share your personalised plan with you  that will get the results needed to move forward 

  • 2 x 45 min check-in sessions over the 3 months to see how you’re doing and troubleshoot any issues keeping you accountable to making those sustainable changes that will get you big results

  • 1 x 60 min yoga session with a 10 min mindfulness practice included

I’m a qualified nutrition & lifestyle coach and yoga teacher and I’m passionate about helping other women to prioritise what makes them feel good.

Having been on my own health journey I know that choosing to look after myself by making better food and lifestyle changes was the best decision I ever made. 20 years on I can honestly say I feel better now than I did in my 30s and have found joy in my journey with food and movement.

  • No, but we will go through why you eat it and come up with healthier alternate choices of chocolate.

  • No certainly not, I will introduce you to a wide variety of food and advise you on making informed choices for your long-term health.

  • I can’t promise you a miracle, the work has to come from you, you will need to commit and have an open mind to make any positive changes. I will be there the whole way to listen and guide you so you are not alone, especially when it gets tough.

  • It’s not an issue that you haven’t done yoga or meditation before as I will check what experience you have and tailor make the lesson plan for you. You may even find that you enjoy the session.

  • Yes, for this 3-month package you can spread the cost with 3 monthly payments of £200.
